Regents proposal for expanded alternative teacher preparation programs focused on shortage subjects and high-need schools.

Ensure that all school and district leaders have the skills and knowledge to support school improvement and student achievement - work with the Wallace Foundation and national experts to strengthen pre-service programs and professional development.
