ARTICLES ON SCHOOL FINANCE
These articles cover various aspects of school finance, including : equity and adequacy, local effort, demographic patterns, definitions of need, regional costs and measurement of outcomes. Many of the articles, particularly those specific to New York State, have been prepared by members of the Fiscal Analysis and Research Unit. Additional articles have been prepared by experts in the field of school finance and are presented here with permission.
