About the Office of Communications
The Office of Communications:
- Develops and coordinates the message of the Board of Regents and the State Education Department.
- Disseminates information to critical audiences including SED employees, the field, the public, the media and to the Legislature and Executive.
- Maintains relationships with other communicators within SED and the field.
- Reaches new and existing audiences more effectively by deploying new communications tools and media.
