Cost Cutting and the Grant

It has come to our attention that in the current fiscal conditions, some providers may need to institute cost-cutting measures. Please be aware that any Excess Teacher Turnover Prevention Grant (Teacher Retention Grant) monies that have been included in tuition rates from previous award cycles, must continue to be paid in addition to any other compensation that teachers will be receiving. Failure to spend these funds will cause its exclusion in future tuition rates and there is no rate setting mechanism to restore this funding.
