PRIVATE SCHOOL TEACHER CERTIFICATION
Providers who are seeking funding for 2020-21 to ensure the appropriate certification of teachers in schools that provide special services or programs to preschool and school-age students with disabilities should complete the 2020-21 budget expenditure report and certification summary. The budget expenditure report and certification summary are due to the STAC & Medicaid Unit by November 13, 2020. In addition to submitting a signed original, please also send an electronic copy to Sheila.Costa@nysed.gov.

The maximum tuition rates per credit hour to be reimbursed for the 2020-21 year are:
NYC - $470 (CUNY grad rate)
Rest of State - $471 (SUNY grad rate)
