Electronic Submittal of High Cost Worksheet (DCPUB) Data Via the SED File Transfer Manager
This process allows counties and school districts to send batch DCPUB Public High Cost Worksheet files to the STAC Unit via the SED File Transfer Manager (FTM) and have the files processed as a batch rather than manually entering the DCPUB worksheets in EFRT. This method greatly increases the speed of processing.
File Naming Convention (School Districts): 000000_DCPUB_01_YYYYMMDD.txt
where 000000 is the first six digits of the school district SED Code; 01 is the number of the file submitted (up to five, resets daily); and YYYYMMDD is the date the file was submitted.
