Electronic Submittal of New Child Records Via FTP (for DKIDS STAC child information)

This process allows counties and school districts to send batch DKIDS child record files to the STAC Unit via the SED File Transfer Manager (FTM) and have the files processed as a batch rather than manually entering the DKIDS child records in EFRT. This method greatly increases the speed of processing.

File Naming Convention (Municipalities): XXXX_EFH616_01_YYYYMMDD.txt
File Naming Convention (School Districts): 000000_EFH616_01_YYYYMMDD.txt
where XXXX is the first four letters of the county name; 000000 is the first six digits of the school district SED Code; 01 is the number of the file submitted (up to five, resets daily); and YYYYMMDD is the date the file was submitted.
