Preschool AVL
Preschool 4410 AVL’s (Automated Voucher Listings) are the documents utilized by the municipalities to process claims for preschool evaluations and services. AVLs reflect evaluation and service approvals processed and approved on the STAC mainframe. AVL’s reimburse counties for vendor payments through a specific date. AVL’s are year-specific. AVL’s are the mechanism by which counties secure payment from the State of New York for preschool claims.
