Statute of Limitations

The claim period for the following placements will close effective June 30, 2012:

• Homeless 2010-11
• Incarcerated Youth 2010-11
• 10-Month Chapter Placements (OMRDD) 2010-11
• Public Excess Cost 2009-10
• Private Excess Cost 2009-10
• Summer (4408) 2008-09
• Preschool (4410) 2008-09

Approval requests must be received and processed prior to the issue of the final AVL due no later than June 30th.
