July and August 4408/4201 and 2-Month Chapter Approved Payment Reports (APRs)

In June the STAC and Medicaid Unit ran nine summer transportation APRs. The 2008 – 2013 summer APRs mostly generated overpayments, but summers 2014 – 2016 did generate positive transportation payments which will be paid in July. The table below also lists July dated APRs which will be paid in July. STAC will mail out all of these APRs in the next two to three weeks. Until then districts may view payment details by referring to the DQPAY screen on EFRT.
