The purpose of this Alert is to inform SSHSP providers of the resumption of the Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) process associated with certified public expenditures (CPEs). The RMTS will resume October 1, 2021.
Districts should log into the RMTS system and confirm the RMTS Coordinator contact information is correct or update the new coordinator’s contact information so they receive current notification from Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG) that staff pool lists, and calendars can be certified. PCG will be collecting staff pool lists for the cost pools for school districts/counties this school year. On September 14, 2021 PCG will send emails with the RMTS Coordinator Manual, a Coordinator training presentation, a Participant training presentation, and a link to a system demonstration (located on the PCG Claiming System Dashboard under “Resources”) to assist you in submitting your staff pool list and calendar certification.
The system will open on September 14th and staff pool lists and calendar certifications for Oct.-Dec. 2021 will be due September 24, 2021. If staff pool lists and calendar certifications are not submitted by September 24, 2021, PCG will use the last certified and approved staff pool list and calendar that is in the claiming system for the upcoming Oct.-Dec. quarter. PCG may be reached by email if there are questions on the certification process.
