The purpose of this Alert is to notify SSHSP providers that the Department of Health has executed a contract with Fairbanks LLC to support the certified public expenditure cost settlement process. However, the SSHSP’s current vendor, PCG, will maintain program operations while we transition these duties to the new vendor. PCG will continue to operate the RMTS for the current school year and will soon begin collecting costs for the 2023-2024 school year.
Over the next several months Fairbanks will be working towards implementation of a Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) process and cost reporting system for the NY SSHSP that is compliant with the approved Medicaid State Plan Amendments and CMS approved time study methodology. We want to let you know that you may receive correspondence from Fairbanks LLC soon. We will be providing more details about the transition, including training on process and system, as they become available.
