| SUBJECT: | Notification to Providers Regarding Certified Public Expenditure (CPE) Settlement Gainsharing Payments |
Pursuant to New York State Social Services Law (SOS) §368-d (6) and §368-e (5) SSHSP providers will share 13.05% of the net CPE cost settlement. Gainsharing payments have recently been processed for the following school years in the cycles listed below:
- 2017-2018 to be paid in cycle 2485 with a check release date of 4/23/2025
- 2020-2021 to be paid in cycle 2487 with a check release date of 5/07/2025
- 2021-2022 to be paid in cycle 2487 with a check release date of 5/07/2025
Those SSHSP providers eligible for gainsharing will receive their share of the 13.05% on, or about, April 23, 2025 and/or May 7, 2025. The lump sum payments are identified by financial reason code GSH on Medicaid Remittance Advice reports.
