The purpose of this Alert is to notify SSHSP providers that Fairbanks LLC is configuring their web-based time study and cost reporting software programs to meet the specific needs of our SSHSP.
Our SSHSP’s current vendor, Public Consulting Group LLC (PCG), will continue administering the RMTS through the current school year ending on 6/30/2025. They are also collecting FY 24 (7/1/23-6/30/24) cost data through their online system now through June 9, 2025, which is the reporting deadline per Medicaid Alert 25-05.
The most recent certified staff pool lists and calendars have been shared with the new vendor, Fairbanks LLC. In the near future, Fairbanks LLC will reach out to SSHSP providers to confirm staff contact information and issue user credentials for their time study and cost reporting system. Fairbanks LLC is preparing to operate the time study for SSHSP starting in the late summer period around August 28, 2025. We expect that Fairbanks LLC will begin collecting cost data for FY 25 (7/1/24-6/30/25) in December 2025.
