| SUBJECT: | Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) Upcoming Staff Pool Lists/Calendar Certifications |
The purpose of this Alert is to inform SSHSP providers that the certification period for the Random Moment Time Study (RMTS) process associated with certified public expenditures (CPEs) will open on February 2, 2026. Certification of the Staff Pool List (SPL) and calendar is a required component of the RMTS and occurs on a quarterly basis.
Districts will need to submit SPL and calendar certifications by Friday, March 13, 2026.
Districts should log into the Fairbanks system and confirm all contact information is correct. This ensures the necessary personnel receive notifications from Fairbanks. Again, Fairbanks LLC will be opening the RMTS system for Staff Pool List and calendar certification on Monday, February 2, 2026.
