Preschool Supportive Health Services Program
The New York State Medicaid plan is the contract between New York State and Federal government whereby the New York State agrees to administer the Medicaid program in accordance with Federal law and policy. The State plan sets forth the scope of the Medicaid program, including groups covered, services furnished and payment policy. A change to the State plan due to changes in the Medicaid program is called a “State Plan Amendment."
