Preschool

• A. For Preschool 2.5 hour Special Class, SEIT, and Integrated Programs
  • Use Lower of the:
    • 2013-14 Recon Per Care Day Or Half Hour Rate Or
    • 2012-13 Recon + 0.0% RMI
• B. For Preschool Special Class Programs Operating at Greater Than 2.5 Hours
  • Was a total cost screen waiver granted for the 2013-14*Recon rate?
    • Yes - Use Lower of the:
      • 2013-14 Recon Per Care Day or Half-Hour Rate Or
      • 2012-13 Recon + 0.0% RMI
    • No - Does the 2013-14 Recon per care day rate before the total cost screen exceed the 2013-14 regional per diem?
      • No - Use Lower of the:
        • 2013-14 Recon Per Care Day Rate Or
        • 2012-13 Recon + 0.0% RMI
      • Yes - Use the lowest of
        • a) the greater of the program's 2013-14 Prospective per diem or the program's 2012-13 Recon per care day rate or
        • b) the 2013-14 Recon per care day rate or
        • c) The 2012-13 Recon per care day rate + 0.0% RMI.

School Age

• For school age programs use the sum of:
  • The lower of the 2013-14 Recon non-direct care (NDC) per care day rate or 2012-13 Recon NDC per care day rate + 0.0% RMI.

  Plus

• The lower of the 2013-14 Recon direct care (DC) per care day rate or 2012-13 Recon DC per care day rate + 3.0% RMI.
