Private School Teacher Certification
Providers seeking funding for the 2025-2026 school year to ensure the appropriate certification of teachers in schools that provide special services or programs to preschool and school-age students with disabilities must complete the 2025-26 budget expenditure report and expense request. The budget expenditure report and expense report are due to the STAC & Medicaid Unit by November 28, 2025. Please email documents to shaakima.smith@nysed.gov in addition to sending signed originals per the instructions.
