According to § 4410(9)(c) of the Education Law, municipalities must annually submit related service rates to the NYS Education Department, STAC & Medicaid Unit.
Please complete the County List of Approved Rates for Preschool Related Services (STAC-710 Form) and return the 2026-27 school year preschool related service rates, when available, to Cameron.Reynolds@nysed.gov.
