Effective July 1, 2006, certain private schools began billing school districts directly for tuition costs associated with students enrolled in Children’s Residential Project (CRP) Programs. To date, those private schools include:

Approved Payment Reports for 2024-25 APR 01, 2023-24 APR 02, and 2022-23 APR 03 are now available through the STAC Online (EFRT) System – DQPAY screen. State Aid records payments for CRP students as if they are Chapter 721 Aid 100% payments and are recorded under the ST-3 Revenue Code A3104. The actual payments can be found on the State Aid website under the 2025-26 STAC Chapter Tuition Aid Cert page.
