The next four numeric characters will denote the school year in the format Y1Y2. The next four alphabetic characters denote the type of service—either EDUC for education or TRANS for transportation. The proceeding two numeric characters indicate the payment number. The final twelve numeric characters will reflect the date the file was exported to the SED File Transfer Manager in the following format: YYYY/MM/DD/hhmm
