The claim period for the following placements will close effective June 30, 2023:

School age records must be verified no later than June 30th.
1 While the claiming period for excess cost placements is two years following the end of the enrollment year, current year funding is only available for placements claimed during the first year following the end of the enrollment year. There is a significant backlog of claims for prior year funding, so it is highly recommended that school districts claim their excess cost aid within that first year.
