Ann Marsh has been appointed to the Director of the Rate
Setting Unit (RSU) position. She has seven years of experience
as a Certified Public Accountant in the private sector and seventeen years
of experience in RSU. She has held several positions in RSU including the
senior, associate and supervising accountant positions. She is the Commissioner’s
representative on the DASNY board and served as the President of the Association
of Government Accountants in 2009-10.
