• A. For Preschool 2.5 hour Special Class, SEIT, Integrated and School Age Special Class Programs
  • Use Lower of the:
    • 2008-09 Recon Per Care Day Rate Or
    • 2007-08 Recon + 3.4% RMI
• B. For Preschool Special Class Programs Operating at Greater Than 2.5 Hours
  • Was a total cost screen waiver granted for the 2008-09*Recon rate?
    • Yes - Use Lower of the:
      • 2008-09 Recon Per Care Day Rate Or
      • 2007-08 Recon + 3.4% RMI
    • No - Does the 2008-09 Recon per care day rate before the total cost screen exceed the 2008-09 regional per diem?
      • No - Use Lower of the:
        • 2008-09 Recon Per Care Day Rate Or
        • 2007-08 Recon + 3.4% RMI
      • Yes - Use the lowest of
        • a) the greater of the program's 2008-09 Prospective per diem or the program's 2007-08 Recon per care day rate or
        • b) the 2008-09 Recon per care day rate or
        • c) The 2007-08 Recon per care day rate + 3.4% RMI.
