Intermediate Care Facilities (ICFs)/Children's Residential Projects (CRPs)

School districts/counties may not claim Medicaid reimbursement for related services provided to students residing in an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) or a Children's Residential Project (CRP). The school district/county may claim reimbusement for any evaluations provided. Generally, the district may claim reimbusement for any Targeted Case Management services provided to these students.
